1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and kcu9 ("kcu9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at kcu9.io ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager — whether on sports markets or casino games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kcu9 Platform and close your account. Your continued use of any service offered by kcu9 constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made to them in accordance with Section 14.

kcu9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at kcu9.io/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email notification to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Member on the kcu9 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by kcu9 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by kcu9 to confirm a Member's identity, age, and residence.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a sports market or casino game through the kcu9 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the kcu9 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services accessible at kcu9.io.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the kcu9 Platform for members based in Bangladesh.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money activity on the kcu9 Platform. kcu9 applies a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practice. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source where technically possible.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The kcu9 Platform is operated for and marketed to players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. kcu9 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Legal Capacity

By registering an Account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order from any gambling platform, and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access real-money services on kcu9, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must not use false or misleading information during registration.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the kcu9 Platform. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kcu9 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kcu9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kcu9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify kcu9 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

kcu9 requires all Members to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked at any time to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by kcu9 may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

kcu9 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. kcu9 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your kcu9 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days. kcu9 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the kcu9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kcu9 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider will be subject to that provider's applicable exchange rates and fees.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the kcu9 Platform are subject to these Terms and any additional sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood all applicable rules before placing a wager. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the kcu9 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

6.2 Odds & Market Changes

kcu9 reserves the right to change odds at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager. kcu9 also reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any market at any time, including in the event of suspected irregularity, technical error, or force majeure.

6.3 Void Bets

kcu9 may void a bet where: (a) the event is abandoned or postponed and not rescheduled within a specified period; (b) there is clear evidence of a pricing error; (c) the market was suspended at the time the bet was accepted due to a system error; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In the case of a voided bet, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account Balance.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

kcu9 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per Member. Current maximum single-event payout limits are published in the Help section of the Platform and may be updated periodically. Any winnings that exceed the published maximum payout for a market will be capped at the stated limit.

7. Casino Games

Casino games available on the kcu9 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. kcu9 does not control the internal logic or outcome generation of third-party games; these are governed by the respective provider's certified RNG systems.

By participating in casino games on kcu9, you acknowledge that: (a) all game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated; (b) past results have no bearing on future outcomes; (c) the use of automated software, bots, or any external tool to interfere with game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

kcu9 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active.

8.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible game restrictions, and an expiry date — all of which are set out in the welcome offer terms at the time of registration. Depositing via certain payment methods may affect welcome bonus eligibility; please review the current welcome offer terms before making your first deposit.

8.3 Abuse & Misuse

kcu9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placing opposing bets across accounts or with third parties to eliminate risk ("hedging"); systematically exploiting bonus wagering patterns in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kcu9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account, or using another person's Account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or knowingly benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events.
• Using automated software, bots, scraping tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any game where collusion may affect outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without reporting them to kcu9 support.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kcu9 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kcu9 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the kcu9 Platform without prior written consent from kcu9. Unauthorised use of kcu9 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kcu9 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: losses from wagers placed on sports markets or casino games; service interruptions due to technical maintenance or force majeure events; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; inaccuracies in odds, scores, or real-time data feeds.

kcu9 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of malicious software. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure before accessing the kcu9 Platform.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by kcu9

kcu9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a Member has breached these Terms; (b) kcu9 suspects fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity; (c) a Member fails KYC verification; (d) continuing to operate the Account would expose kcu9 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk; or (e) kcu9 is required to do so by a competent authority.

12.2 Termination by Member

You may close your kcu9 Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, kcu9 will process any outstanding verified Balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) within 5 to 10 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 — will remain in full force and effect.

13. Responsible Gaming

kcu9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help Members manage their gambling activity: personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); session time alerts; cooling-off periods (temporary account deactivation for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the kcu9 Platform, you agree to first contact kcu9 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. kcu9 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

kcu9 reserves the right to make a final binding determination on any dispute relating to bet settlement, account balances, or alleged bonus abuse, provided that such determination is made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.
